Advanced Air Mobility Institute / Open AAM

With over 26 years of global aviation leadership as a senior strategist in civil-military-academic aviation, I speak/moderate discussions to ADD INTERNATIONAL VALUE as a specialist in future-centric diverse aviation and operational segments such as, airport planning & design, administration & finance, safety & security, risk management, and cutting-edge technology systems in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) space such as Vertiports with a focus on sustainable infrastructure. I had a management consultancy role with the government of Oman on AAM and vertiports in the national multimodal transport systems (e.g., vertiports for the Ministry of Housing) within a tracked performance of a $150,000 budget managed to secure operational funding for the consultancy in less than six months, and I have chapters in books on ‘Green Airport Infrastructure’ and ‘Circular Economy in Aircraft Manufacturing And Maintenance.’ I have an ‘MBA in Aviation Management’ (HEC-recognized) with an MPhil from UCAM Spain where I am also completing a ‘DBA in Aviation’. I have had a senior managerial reach as Program Manager at Air University Pakistan where I managed the BS Aviation Management programs, and as Senior Training Manager where I trained over 2,000 plus participants in ICAO-aligned programs on airport-related safety (e.g., Airport Administration & Finance, Aviation Policy & Law), and as Faculty at Prince Sultan University Saudi Arabia where I teach, Airport Planning & Design, Air Transport Economics, Human Factors as well as Innovation in Aviation Policy. I have built and sustained strategic partnerships for rationale across continents, including at ICAO-McGill conferences and as a moderator at the Gulf Airport Leaders Forum. As a former pilot (CPL holder, Rated Flight Instructor with ‘1,700+ flying hours’) and specialist in Human Factors Analysis (HFACS), Bow-Tie Risk Analysis, and airport safety systems, I possess operational / strategic capabilities which, I believe, will ADD VALUE in providing cutting-edge and innovative facilitation in policy which will be sustainable, fostering and driving resilient airport ecosystems, including furthering passenger facilitation, green-eco (environment friendly) infrastructure, seamless AAM (Advanced Air Mobility) and vertiport for urban and regional connectivity, and international standards compliance.
