Kenny Jacobs is an Irish transport executive best known as former CEO of Dublin Airport Authority (DAA), where he took charge in 2022. He led operations at Dublin Airport during a period of heavy passenger growth, focusing on capacity, efficiency, and improving the traveller experience. He previously made his name at Ryanair, serving as Chief Marketing Officer and helping overhaul its customer image—shifting the airline toward a more passenger-friendly brand while supporting rapid expansion. Jacobs also led Dublin Bus as CEO, driving service and operational improvements. Across roles, he’s known for blending sharp commercial instincts with a strong focus on customer experience.
