Event basics

What is the AERONET Aviation Conference and Exhibition?

The All Ireland Aviation & Space Conference is a hub for knowledge-sharing, collaboration and opportunity. Attendees explore themes such as sustainability, smarter air traffic management and the digital infrastructure that supports airport operations, alongside asset strategies such as equipment leasing, vendor finance and lifecycle management. The programme combines keynotes, panels, live demonstrations and a broad exhibition.

When and where is the event taking place?

July 9th, 2027, at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport Hotel, Northwood Park, Santry, Dublin, Ireland.

What are the event timings?

The event runs from 8am to 5pm. Session-by-session times are on the Agenda page and are finalised closer to the event.

What does a ticket cost?

The Early Bird Full Day Ticket is €395 inclusive of VAT; the normal rate is €495 inclusive of VAT. Early-bird pricing is valid until December 31st 2026. Register here.

Attending

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring your ticket — the QR code on your phone or a printout — and photo ID matching your registration. Business cards are useful for the exhibition.

Can I bring a colleague?

Each person needs their own ticket. There is no group limit; register everyone individually or contact us for a bulk registration link.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is step-free throughout, with accessible parking and facilities. Note any requirements when you register and the team will be in touch.

Will sessions be recorded?

Selected keynotes are recorded and shared with registered attendees afterwards. Some sessions are off the record at the speaker’s request.

Exhibiting, speaking & sponsoring

How do I book a stand?

Start on the Become an exhibitor page. Request the floor plan and the team will confirm availability and pricing for your preferred footprint.

How are speakers selected?

Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis for fit with the programme. Submit yours via Become a speaker. Sales pitches are not accepted as sessions.

What sponsorship options are there?

Headline, tiered and category options are available and tailored to your objective. Request the prospectus on the Become a sponsor page.

Tickets & communications

How do I cancel or transfer my ticket?

Reply to your confirmation email or contact us. Contact the event team or follow the instructions in your Ti.to confirmation to discuss a transfer.
